3DGIS is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data and constantly makes a public commitment to act in accordance with national and EU legislation in force and applicable;


The personal data of our customers are processed exclusively because they are necessary for the preparation of quotations, execution and fulfilment of contracts, delivery management and order tracking, after-sales service, compliance with legal obligations or because they have been agreed upon;

Personal data provided by customers or generated by the use of services or purchase of goods, will be processed and stored by computer and are intended to be used by 3DGIS for: marketing and sales, customer management, accounting, tax and administrative management, dispute management and, in general, the fulfillment of general obligations;


The processing of data for marketing purposes will be done according to the option of consent expressed by the customer. This consent must be prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous, and must consist of a written statement, which may take the form of validation of an option (customer agreement by quote request, offer, order form or invoice). Objection to the processing of data for marketing purposes can be made in writing at any time;

Personal data is stored for different periods of time, according to its purpose, according to its legal criteria, in accordance with the principles of necessity and minimization of storage time;


3DGIS may use subcontracted entities for the purpose of processing personal data, in particular for promotional campaigns, marketing, customer account management, invoicing, transport of goods, delivery and after-sales service, accounting, conflict management, payroll, occupational health and safety services, etc., these entities being obliged to develop data protection measures and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subjects.
